A few nice Healthy Living images I found:
USACE promotes healthy living in Europe with employee-run support group

Katie Ergenekon (left), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District program manager, and Raquel “Q” Blankenhorn, a district contract specialist, host the district’s Healthy Living Support Group Jan. 11, 2012, at the Amelia Earhart Center in Wiesbaden, Germany. The first meeting of the New Year focused on new beginnings, setting goals and group planning. The group was formed by Ergenekon and Blankenhorn in 2010 as a way to promote healthier life choices including better eating habits, weight control, and physical fitness for its members. healthy living Chocolate muffins

Not quite as bad as some of the healthy living stuff I’ve tried recently, but still pretty bad.
Their normal muffins are nice. They might have a lot more fat, but at the end of the day I’d prefer to eat the fatty ones, then tie myself to the back of a bus in order to work off the calories.
Week 2 – front
One week of my new healthy living regime done.
I almost met my goals this week, but not quite.
Here is what I did:
Day #1 – walk
Day #2 – walk
Day #3 – day of rest
Day #4 – airport hiking hauling a rather large cat
Day #5 – water aerobics
Day #6 – water aerobics
Day #7 – day of error – no time
Aside from this, being back into my old routine, I found it hard to always eat at reasonable times, so I caught myself eating dinner late on 3 of these nights. I’d like to eliminate the late night eating.
And how do I feel after week one? Way more energized.
